These terms apply to your use of the website brisolo.be. Brisolo is a company being set up in Leuven, Belgium. We will add the company number here once it is registered.

The website

The website gives information about Brisolo and lets you book a demo. We do our best to keep the information correct and up to date, but we can’t guarantee that it is always complete or free of errors.

Prices on the website exclude VAT and may change. The price that applies is the one in your contract.

The sample menu

The sample menu (“Brasserie Lindehof”) is fictional. It shows how Brisolo works. Dishes, prices, allergens and answers in the demo are examples, not information about a real restaurant.

The Brisolo service

A restaurant’s use of Brisolo is covered by a separate agreement, made when a pilot or subscription starts. These terms only cover the website.

Intellectual property

The texts, design, logo and software on this website belong to Brisolo or are used with permission. You may not copy them without our written consent.

Liability

We are not liable for damage resulting from the use of this website or from links to other websites, except in the case of intent or gross negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. The courts of Leuven have jurisdiction over any dispute.
